For the 1st semester:

• A $140.00 deposit is required on or before September 1st.
• 2nd payment is due by October 23rd.
• Final payment is due by December 11th.

• A $140.00 deposit is required on or before January 15th.
• 2nd payment is due by March 4th.
• Final payment is due by May 6th.

MULTIPLE CLASS DISCOUNTS:
When a child takes more than one class during the session, we will deduct 10% from the lesser of the tuition(s).

CLOSING:
In the event of adverse weather, please call Long Island Gymnastics Academy before coming to the gym.
If we are not available, our outgoing message will have all relevant information regarding closures or delayed openings.

MAKE-UPS:
All make-ups must be called in and scheduled with the office prior to the desired make-up class.
We will only accept six children per class for make-ups.
If the desired class is already full ,we can reschedule for the following week.
NO ONE CAN SHOW UP FOR A MAKE-UP WITHOUT SCHEDULING WITH THE OFFICE AHEAD OF TIME!

REFUNDS/CREDITS:
No refunds will be given for missed classes.
Any child signed up for LIGA’s program is eligible for a full refund less the insurance fee of $40.00 only after the first class.
After the second class, the refund will be less the $40.00 insurance fee and whatever classes have been taken to that point.
If you decide to cancel your class for any reason, you must notify LIGA – IN WRITING – as soon as possible!
Your refund will be calculated from the date of notification.

WHILE AT LIGA:
Unregistered siblings are not allowed to participate in the gym class and MUST remain behind the half wall.
Parents are not allowed on the gym floor but can view the events as spectators from behind the half wall.
LIGA is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
No child under the age of 12 can be left unattended on the premises and must be supervised at all times.

DRESS CODE:
Girls-leotards, no tights with feet, no shoes or jewelry. Please secure long hair.
Boys-gym shorts and tee shirts or sweats, no shoes.
