Long Island Gymnastic Academy is located at 565 Willow Avenue in the heart of Cedarhurst, NY. It is a New York gymnastics school specializing in classes for childrens artistic gymnastics training.While the classes are primarily for women's gymnastics, boy's gymnastics classes are offered as well as mommy and me. LIGA is a sanctioned USA Gymnastics club. Along with classes, there are also children's gymnastic birthday parties and a gymnastics summer camp.
